Bushra Kamran
Founder Global Strategy & Client Delivery
Bushra is a Senior IT Consultant with over nine years of experience delivering complex technology and business transformation programmes across global organisations. She built her career at Lufthansa Industry Solutions, where she led enterprise-scale initiatives including a multi-region IT carve-out spanning 250+ applications across seven international markets, and a full product lifecycle programme at Lufthansa Technik Component Services in Miami.
A certified Scrum Master, Design Thinking Coach and Requirements Engineering professional, Bushra brings rare depth across business analysis, agile delivery and cross-functional leadership. At VION, she leads the firm’s strategic direction and makes sure every client engagement is grounded in rigour, clarity and measurable outcomes.
Syed Ammad Ali
Co-Founder, CEO & CTO Technology, Products & AI Innovation
Ammad is a technology and data leader with over nine years of experience in data analytics, AI and digital product delivery. He has led more than 20 multinational projects, including AI automation programmes that improved operational efficiency by 40%, for clients such as Meta, Lucky Cement, GIZ, PSO, Unilever and PTCL.
An alumnus of KPMG and Zong, he also serves as COO of ThinkYard and Chief Digital Officer at Joyn Digital. At VION, he leads technology, products and AI innovation, turning client goals into solutions that are practical, scalable and built to last.
Shameer Nawaz Khan
VP, Business Development Global Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Shameer is a sales and partnerships leader with over seven years of experience building high-value commercial relationships across Europe’s most dynamic tech companies. He has held business development and strategic partnership roles at Userlane, talixo, AppDirect and Verizon Enterprise Solutions, spanning SaaS, mobility and enterprise technology across the EMEA region.
Known for building trust quickly, spotting long-term growth opportunities and consistently exceeding targets, Shameer brings a global commercial mindset and a record of turning prospects into lasting partnerships. At VION, he leads business development worldwide, connecting clients with the right solutions and opening new markets for the firm.
