Who we are

This website is operated by VION Solutions, headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA, with delivery operations in Islamabad, Pakistan (“VION”, “we”, “us”). We serve clients in North America, Europe, the Gulf and beyond, so this policy is written to meet US state privacy laws and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Enquiries: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the service you are interested in, the team size you need and your message.
• Careers: when you submit your CV, we collect your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, the role or skills you are interested in, and the CV file you upload.
• Products waitlist: when you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.
• Direct contact: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us.
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and which pages lead to enquiries. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services, based on your consent.
• To consider you for current and future roles, based on your consent.
• To tell you when our first products launch, based on your consent.
• To improve this website and understand which content is useful, based on your consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to its processing, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
